Establishing of MICA-transfected human corneal epithelium. MICA-transfected corneal epithelium cells were labeled with GFP (A). MICA RT-PCR products (B) and protein (C) from the control vector alone (Lane 1) and MICA-transfected cells (Lane 2) were both detected at 48 h after transduction. RT-PCR and western-blot analysis both show an increase in MICA expression in the transduced cells compared to the control cells. Flow cytology showed a high MICA positive rate for these transfected cells (D). Original magnification: A × 40.
