Horizontal (A) and vertical (B) anterior segment OCT (Visante™OCT, Carl Zeiss Meditec, Inc., CA, USA), images of the right eye with sulcus-fixated single-piece-acrylic intraocular lens (IOL), 6 months after phacoemulsification complicated with large posterior capsule tear and vitreous loss. The similar distance between the anterior edge of the IOL and the posterior iris, indicates that there is no optic tilt.
