C) Fluorescence angiography shows leakage from intraretinal neovascularization and intraretinal edema. D) Indocyanine green angiography shows intraretinal neovascularization accompanied by retinal-retinal anastomosis. The right eye was treated with photodynamic therapy combined with three consecutive intravitreal injections of ranibizumab.
