Graft thickness up to 1-year follow-up after Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty, measured by anterior segment-OCT (AS-OCT) and in vivo confocal microscopy (IVCM). a A statistically significant reduction of graft thickness measured by anterior segment-OCT compared to the preoperative value (P = 0.022 at 3 months, p < 0.001 at 6 and 12 months) and to the 3-month value (P = 0.069 at 6 months, p < 0.001 at 12 months) was observed. Preoperative graft thickness was provided by the Eye bank. b Postoperative graft thickness measured by in vivo confocal microscopy decreased significantly at 6 months and 1 year compared with the 3-month value (P = 0.026 and P = 0.003, respectively)
