Retina (A-1), GCC/GCIPL (C-1/B-1), and choroid (D-1) were automatically segmented, and thickness measurements were subsequently calculated through available built-in software (A-2,B-2,C-2,D-2). GCC/GCIPL showed similar topographic distributions with the retina (A-3,B-3,C-3), while in the same region of the macula, the choroid exhibited completely different patterns of topographic variation (D-3).
