Electroretinography examination of both eyes performed in the postoperative period. Electroretinography was basically normal in the left eye (OS) for combined, scotopic, and photopic responses, as well as a normal flicker response. However, these responses were decreased in the right eye (OD), which demonstrated reduced A-wave and B-wave amplitudes compared with the normal left eye. (From top to bottom: rod, mixed cone-rod, OP, single-flash cone, and 30-Hz flicker ERG responses)
