Lamina cribrosa assessment by enhanced depth imaging spectral-domain optical coherence tomography. The entire disc was subjected to horizontal B-scans with an interval of 50 μm (a). From these B-scans, three frames (center, mid-superior, and mid-inferior) were selected. The anterior lamina cribrosa depth was defined as the distance between the line connecting both the Bruch’s membrane opening and the anterior border of the lamina cribrosa.
