A. fumigatus-induced expression of inflammatory cytokines was regulated by PLCγ2 in HCECs. Cells were pre-treated with indicated concentrations of U73122 for 30 min prior to stimulation with 5 × 106/ ml A. fumigatus hyphae. a-c mRNAs levels of IL-6, CXCL1 and TNF-α were reduced significantly after U73122 treatment. d-f Protein levels of these cytokines were also significantly reduced with the treatment of U73122.
