The long scleral flap combined with tenon advancement and duplication technique. First, a 10 mm long scleral flap is prepared with bevel up crescent knife between the two scleral incisions (a). The AC is entered with a 23G needle, tube was inserted into the AC, then the scleral flap was sutured with with 10/0 monofilament nylon sutures (b). Tenon advancement and duplication technique over the long scleral flap that covered the tube is applied (c). Finally, the conjunctiva is anchored to the limbus with 8/0 interrupted vicryl sutures (d)
