Intraoperative clinical findings. A white, elevated, fluffy mass with the overlying retinal whitening and necrosis was revealed in superior periphery, extensive retinal hemorrhages and 5 adjacent subretinal whitish masses with exudative retinal detachment in posterior polar and inferior quadrants.
