Effect of tubacin on apoptosis-related genes or protein expression in the retina after I/R injury. (a) TUNEL staining was performed on sections from the retina. Sham; Vehicle+I/R; I/R + tubacin; I/R + TSA. Few TUNEL-positive cells were observed in the sham group, abundant brown nuclei were observed in the I/R-plus-vehicle rats, and few brown nuclei were found in the I/R-plus-tubacin retinas.
