RTVue-100 OCT analysed the optic nerve head imaging in the optic disc area (ONH protocol, GCC protocol and 3D Disc) mode. GCC parameters (total, superior and inferior), focal loss volume (FLV), and global loss volume (GLV) were measured in the GCC protocol
