RNFL thickening of ONH was prominent in both untreated (a) and Ozurdex-treated (b) eyes at baseline. It became thicker at 1 month and slightly decreased thereafter, but thickness remained above the normal range for up to 12 months in untreated eye (a). Conversely, in Ozurdex-treated eye (b), a significant improvement was observed at 1 month, and thickness gradually returned to its normal range during the follow-up period
