Outdoor. A university building was photographed. A stone statue, traffic cones, streetlights, trees, and windows of the building at a distance were clearly visible with the monofocal IOLs (a). RESTOR showed similar observation as the monofocal IOLs (b). However, with the Tecnis multifocal IOL, the images were slightly hazier than those with the monofocal IOL.
