Optomap ultra-widefield funduscopy (Optos®, Optomap®, UK) shows multiple yellowish deposits throughout the posterior pole and midperiphery. Ultra-widefield fundus autofluorescence (Optos®, Optomap®, UK) reveals multiple patched areas, some of them with increased autofluorescence, in the posterior pole and midperiphery. The fovea and the peripapillary area are respected
