A nomogram for predicting 1- and 2-year overall survival of premyopia and myopia. Instructions for using the nomogram. Draw a perpendicular line upward to determine the score of each variable in the points axis. Sum up the number of points for all variables then find the location in the total points axis. Draw a perpendicular line down to the survival axes to determine 1-, 2-year survival probabilities. For classified variables, 0 = no myopic parents, 1 = one myopic parent, 2 = two myopic parents.
