The slit-lamp examination showed arch shape change and pupil capture of the IOL (A). A mydriatic examination showed anterior capsule opacity and fibrosis (B), with IOL optic deformation. UBM showed IOL tilted along the vertical axis (C) while bent along the horizontal axis (D). The IOL remained stable after surgery and Nd:YAG posterior capsulotomy (E). A mydriatic examination at one week after cataract surgery showed an incomplete overlap of the inferior IOL optic (F, white arrow)
