The fundus photograph taken with the Optomap® camera and an amplified view of the fundus photograph showed a small fraction of VH (red arrowhead) and retinal hemorrhage (white arrowhead) that had not been absorbed (a). The RAM (white arrow) was discernible on the B-scan and IR images (b). B-scan and IR images showed the residual sub-ILM hemorrhage (blue arrow) covering the retina underneath (c). Both B-scans showed continuous band-shaped hyperreflective signals (pentagram) on the retinal surface, consistent with ERM (b and c)
