Results of multiplex polymerase chain reaction of the vitreous sample showing the presence of Epstein–Barr virus DNA. For the electrophoresis, we used 3% agarose gel and sterile water was loaded in the negative control lane (Lane 4). Positive controls were for HSV-2, HSV-1, EBV, HHV-6, VZV, and CMV.
