Localisation of siRNA in retinal astrocytes. Confocal micrographs obtained after anti-GFAP (green) immunostaining of whole mount retinas performed 48 h after single intravitreal injection of 5 ng fluorescently labelled siRNA (siGlo, red) combined with Transit-TKO.
