With intraluminal delivery over a concentration range (10-16 – 10-7 M) the level of contraction reduced at higher VEGF concentration, producing a significant dilatation when compared to the maximally contracted state at 10-11 M VEGF. * Denotes a significant contraction compared to initial baseline (p < 0.05).
