Expression of dnMAML1 led to irreversible loss of goblet cells. TC/RosaLSL-dnMAML1 (OSwt) (a) and K14-rtTA/TC/RosaLSL-dnMAML1 (OSLSL-dnMAML1) (b) which had been fed with Dox from P0 to P16 and then changed to regular chow from P17 to P180.
