Immunohistochemistry shows the expression of FABP5 in sebaceous cell carcinoma. Aberrant expression of FABP5 in SeCC cases was shown not only in dermal papillae (DP) but also in the SeCC tumor cells, whereas in control cases the expression was seen only in dermal papillae (DP) and the hair follicles (HF).
