Real-time PCR analyses of complement components in human corneal fibroblast (HCF) cells with or without angiogenin (ANG) treatment. The relative mRNA level of complement components was diminished by ANG treatment in HCFs stimulated with tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α). Except for C1r and C1s, levels of all complements were reduced by ANG treatment in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated HCFs. The experiments were repeated at least three times. One-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s post hoc analysis, *p < 0.05
