Real-time PCR analyses of complement components in human corneal fibroblast (HCF) cells with or without angiogenin (ANG) treatment. The relative mRNA level of complement components was diminished by ANG treatment in HCFs stimulated with tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α).
