External examination, fundi appearances and gonioscopic characteristics of both eyes on the day of initial presentation, left side is right eye, right side is left eye. The eyes showed numerous tortuous and engorged episcleral vessels, a vertically elongated cup, white optic nerve heads, normal retinal vessels, and open angles with spontaneous blood in Schlemm’s canal 360 degrees bilaterally
