Traumatic CNV in a 19-year-old male. Colour image and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) of a 19-year-old man with traumatic choroidal neovascularization (CNV) in the left eye. Arcuate choroidal rupture can be seen under-crossing the vessels above the optic disc. The greyish CNV with ambient subretinal bleeding, located in the papillomacular region, shows significant leakage on FFA.
