GFP is expressed by endothelial cells in heterozygous Tie2-GFP FVB/N-C57BL/6 J mice. Immunofluorescence analysis: eye cryosections of heterozygous Tie2-GFP FVB/N-C57BL/6 naïve mice (left) were prepared and stained for GFP (green) and either CD31 (top) or endoglin (bottom) (red) detection. WT C57BL/6 naive eyes were used as control (right). Cell nuclei were stained with Hoechst (blue). Each picture was chosen as representative of an experiment conducted on 3 or more animals.
