Expression of endothelial cell markers CD31 and endoglin in the retina during experimental autoimmune uveitis. Three weeks after adoptive transfer, eye cryosections were prepared and stained for MHC Class II (used as disease marker, green) and CD31 (red) or endoglin (magenta) detection. Cell nuclei were stained with Hoechst (blue). Each picture was chosen as representative of an experiment conducted on 3 or more animals. a. CD31 expression in the retina during EAU. b.
