(Left) Ten patients exhibited full-thickness MHs preoperatively. Four patients (P4, P7, P9, and P10) exhibited obvious RPE disruption. (Right) In the three patients (P2, P5, and P8), ELM became continuous after surgery. At the last follow-up, all 10 eyes showed MH closure with various degrees of outer retina defects; four of these patients (P4, P7, P9, and P10) exhibited serious RPE destruction
