The observed MBR after IOP elevation was lower throughout the time of a heartbeat than that before the IOP elevation, but the difference at the peak of the MBR (maximum MBR) between before and after the IOP elevation was relatively lower than that in the bottom of the MBR (minimum MBR). Additionally, MBR pulse waveform at time 10 was higher than that at time 10 in a heartbeat
