A Preoperative fundus image showed unclear fundus due to the vitreous hemorrhage and a lot of fibrovascular membrane above the optic disc. B Fundus image 1 week after surgery showed clear fundus and a little hemorrhage. Viscoelastic agent in the vitreous cavity was invisible and showed no reflections
