Representative images showing CD31, CD45 and LYVE1 expression in rabbit corneas. In the control group and the low-concentration group, the expression of all 3 targets (CD31, CD45 and LYVE1) was measured at 7 days. At 14 days, the expression of these 3 targets was significantly increased. In the high concentration group, weak expression of CD45 was only observed at 7 days.
