TGF-β2 induces EMT and autophagy activation in HLE-B3 cells. A HLE B3 cells were treated with different concentrations (0 ng/ml, 2 ng/ml, 5 ng/ml, 10 ng/ml) of TGF-β2 for 1 day, 2 days and 3 days respectively. The expressions of Fibronectin, N-Cadherin and Vimentin were detected by Western blot analysis and quantified by imageJ software. B mRNA expression of EMT markers was determined by qRT-PCR. Data were presented as fold change relative to controls. C Western blot analysis showed the effects of TGF-β2 with different concentrations on the expression of p62 and LC3 and relative band intensity of autophagy-associated markers was measured. All the results were presented as mean ± SD. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, and ***P < 0.001
