The follow up result of serial spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) scans in the patient 7. Initial SD-OCT showed a hyperreflective band involving the outer plexiform layer (OPL) and outer nuclear layer (ONL) (yellow arrow) with disruption of the ellipsoid and interdigitation zones (yellow pentagram) (A).
