At the onset of VKH, SD-OCT examination revealed exudative retinal detachment at the macula of both eyes (A: right eye; B: left eye). After treatment with oral corticosteroids and immunosuppressive agents, a follow-up SD-OCT examination one month later showed disappearance of the exudative retinal detachment in both eyes (C: right eye; D: left eye).
