Clinical manifestation of a 37-year-old woman (case 12) with dengue fever. At 7 days after empirical antibiotics therapy for the fever, fundus photography (A, B) revealed the slightly blurred margin of the optic nerve head (white boxes), which was suspected to be in the process of recovering from optic disc swelling. Optical coherence tomography showed scant subretinal fluids (C, D).
