A 1 mm dense paracentral interface opacity located at 7 o’clock with no anterior chamber inflammation during the 3-month follow-up after DMEK (A). Epithelial ingrowth imaged with optical coherence tomography (OCT) as a uniform nodule with a discrete increase in interface hyperreflectivity (B).
