Results of multiple comparisons were presented as follows: Starburst: SegRef IOLs caused more cases of starburst than Mon IOLs (P = 0.001), Dif IOLs (P = 0.006), and EDoF IOLs (P < 0.001). No statistical differences between groups in blur/double vision, glare/halo, mixed focus, night myopia or night hyperopia (all P > 0.05)
